Fall is a time of reflection for many of us. It greets us with garden bounties and armfuls of color fallen fresh from the sleepy trees. On sunny fall days we step out of our winter preparation to grasp that last bit of warmth that will soon be replaced by winter frost. What better way to spend days like this than with another couple who love fall just as much as we do and most of all, love each other. Betsy and Sean are engaged to say “I do” in 2021. With a beautiful wedding to celebrate the occasion.
Betsy and Sean’s engagement session at Magnolia Bluff was our first of a series of sessions in the beautiful park. Magnolia Bluff is situated just west of Janesville, and just out side of Evansville, Wisconsin. It has magnificent views, towering oak trees, and hiking trails. It’s the perfect spot for a picnic, or in our case, an engagement session. Betsy and Sean brought along their pup Rizzo for a mini puppy photoshoot. Since Rizzo is named after the Chicago Cub’s Anthony Rizzo, we, of course, had to snap a few shots of them in their Cubs jerseys, although we are unapologetic Brewers fans ourselves.
Magnolia Bluff definitely did not disappoint, the Wisconsin fall colors had just began to show, and the sunset was absolutely incredible.
