Maggie + Matt | Garver Feed Mill

Maggie and Matt chose to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by their closest friends and family at Garver Feed Mill, one of Madison’s most unique and character-filled wedding venues. With its historic industrial charm and relaxed atmosphere, it was the perfect setting for the laid-back celebration they envisioned.

We began the day with a private first look between Maggie and Matt, giving them a quiet moment together before the festivities began. Afterward, we captured portraits with the beautiful scenery of Olbrich Botanical Gardens just behind us as the sun began to set. The soft evening light and lush greenery in the background made the perfect setting for some relaxed and romantic photos.

Back at Garver Feed Mill, guests were welcomed into the ceremony space with glasses of champagne in hand, setting the tone for a fun and easygoing evening. The ceremony itself was especially meaningful, officiated by Maggie’s brother, which added a personal and heartfelt touch as the couple exchanged vows surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.

Following the ceremony, everyone made their way to the Garver Lounge for cocktail hour. Guests enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres while catching up with friends and family and taking in the warm, lively atmosphere that filled the historic space.

The evening wrapped up with a laid-back reception filled with heartfelt speeches, plenty of laughter, and a packed dance floor. One especially memorable moment was a joint parents dance, with Maggie dancing with her dad while Matt shared the floor with his mom. It was a sweet and meaningful way to celebrate the families who helped bring them to this day and the perfect ending to a joyful celebration at Garver Feed Mill.
