HEY! WE’RE BEN & KATYA
We met by chance one day because of breakdancing, and that’s that, we became inseparable. We spent every waking hour together, soaking up as much of one another as possible. We spend our time going on long walks around our neighborhood admiring the architecture of the houses, roadtripping out west, watching The Office for the 100th time, or grabbing some butter pecan + lemon meringue ice cream (shout out to Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream). Our attached at the hip relationship made wedding photography an obvious choice, we get to experience love together, and we don’t have to be apart for hours at a time!

All about the moment
We believe that your wedding day should be remembered for the emotions, the connections, and authentic moments, not stiff poses that take you out of the day. Our goal is to deliver a gallery that brings you back to the day, to that moment, that feeling.
Two Perspectives
Until cloning is perfected, we can only be in one place at a time. Luckily, there are two of us! Having two photographers means we can cover different parts of the day, but it also means we can capture different perspectives as well. Not only can we capture the same moment from different angles, but we also see and approach capturing moments a little differently.
Candid and Real
We strive to seek out the emotions from the day, we strive to create photographs that evoke emotion in the viewer. We’re always on the hunt for those real moments.

For us your wedding is a collection of those small moments, and as soon as we step on site, we are on the hunt for that barely contained smile, the hand-in-hand interlude, the tear that wasn’t meant to be seen, the laughter that escaped, unbridled. Our documentary-style is meant to showcase you and your family in all the glory that is uniquely true to you alone. Are you shy, excited, nervous? Bring on all the emotions! We usually feel awkward taking photos but everything about the session felt so natural, and we couldn’t stop laughing and enjoying ourselves!
